  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, our team will assist you in arranging the exchange. We will ship the new item as soon as the original item is received and processed.
